Our Vision
Lang's Lounge is a boutique bar in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, located on Brunswick Street. The bar has been set up by Kate Marshall & James Lang. We are passionate about providing our guests with a unique and unforgettable experience, and we do this by focusing on three key things:
- Local quality artisan distilleries: We use local artisan distilleries whenever possible, to support our local community and to bring our guests the best possible spirits.
- Local fresh produce: We use local fresh produce to create our juices, garnishes, and syrups, to ensure that our cocktails are delicious, sustainable and fresh.
- Manipulation techniques: We use manipulation techniques to make our classic cocktails unique to the Brisbane hospitality scene.
Our goal is to create cocktails that are both delicious and innovative, and we believe that our focus on local quality, fresh produce, and manipulation techniques allows us to do just that.
In addition to our cocktails, we also offer a variety of other drinks, including beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. We also have a small food menu, featuring dishes that are perfect for sharing with friends.
Lang's Lounge is the perfect place to come for a special occasion, a night out with friends, or a casual drink after work. We have a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and our friendly staff are always happy to help you choose the perfect drink.
